• The basic design and layout of this sector needs to have a natural 'flowing' quality to it. No sharp edges and a peaceful, uncluttered environment is best.

  Clean up this section of your home and your workplace, clear all clutters, and deal with any poison arrows.

In the productive cycle of elements, Metal sustains Water in the same way as a metal bowl holds water, giving it form. A wind chime made of metal with a pleasant sound can be added in this area.
• If this area is too yin (too dark), include a brightly colored cushion or increase the level of light in the area. Always keep light fittings in good order and change lightbulbs as soon as they burn out. Always keep light bulbs covered with lamp shades or other fittings, such as Chinese rice paper lanterns.
