Real Estate Feng Shui - Enhance the Fame and Reputation Area

Making a sale will be a feather in your cap and a boon to your reputation. A Feng Shui enhancement in the Fame area of the house will help this along. The Fame area is the center rear of the house. If there is a fireplace, fire pit, or stove here, this is a great head start on a fire element. Outside, move the barbeque grill to the center rear of the house.

No matter what room is in the Fame gua, you can add some fire to it by placing something red here. For example, in a kitchen you could use a bowl of red apples or a string of red chili peppers. In a bathroom, a nice red candle (it does not have to be burning) will light up your fame and that of the house. A vase of red flowers can be placed almost anywhere as well.

In regard to fireplaces, be sure that any fireplace is "fed." That is, do not leave a gaping, empty fireplace box. Lay in kindling and logs, as if you are ready to throw a match on. As an option, you can use something decorative such as white birch logs or pine cones. This energetic opening to the house must be filled. So, feed the fire!
