Real Estate Feng Shui - Activate the Buyer Area

The buyer area is where you can enliven the energy of buyers and call them to the house.
The location of the buyer's energy is the front right area of the property, inside the house and out.
Hang a wind chime with hollow metal tubes under the eaves of the house outside or inside the corner of this room in the right front. It may even be the garage. In whatever room this area falls, we want to pay it some Feng Shui attention. Another outside enhancement for this corner can be a flag. This is especially useful for cul-de-sac homes-it keeps the chi moving in an otherwise stagnant situation.
This is also your first choice for sign placement. As you face the front of the house, the front right corner of the lot is the best place for your sign. At a right angle to the street is best. If CCRs limit you to a sign attached to the house, then the front right corner of the house is the place for the sign. This charges up the energy for a sale.
If a particular property keeps falling out of escrow, then you want to "ground" the energy here with some weight. Move the heavy armoire or bookcase to this area. Even a symbolic decorative bowl of river stones or a plant in a large pot will help. Heavy statuary or boulders outside off this corner of the house will help to hold the buyer's energy.
These weighty outdoor enhancements should also be used if the Buyer area of the house is missing. Place them in the spot where the two walls of the house would meet if you were squaring up the house. Plant a tree at this juncture. (Important: No downward-drooping or weeping trees!)
